Pricing
The pricing of PULSARIUM Lands is influenced by 4+1 functions.
Universal Base Pricing Model:
We have a traffic-based pricing function known as the Universal Base Price. This means that as total revenue from land sales increases, it uniformly raises the prices.
Area-Based Pricing Model:
This model determines the price of land based on the percentage of the country's land sold, with prices ranging from $1 to $100 depending on how much of the land has been sold.
Popularity Pricing Model:
With each pricing update, the algorithm assesses which areas have been the most popular recently (i.e., where the highest sales volume occurred) and applies a 2x multiplier to the Universal Base Price for these areas.
As the Universal Base Price increases, the popularity pricing multiplier decreases. Initially, it doubles the price for the most popular areas, but eventually, this multiplier decreases to 1.35x.
Water Pricing:
The price of water is set to the average price of the 25 cheapest countries.
Price Floor:
Once a price level is reached for a given country, that price becomes the minimum and cannot decrease.
Pricing Update Schedule:
Prices are updated every 5 minutes during the first hour.
After the first hour, prices are updated every 15 minutes.
The initial purchase price starts at $0.2.
The Pulsarium Foundation will finance the creation, development, and promotion of the platform from the proceeds of land sales. Users enabling this process, the PULSARIUM Land and PULSE Token holders, will receive 100% of the revenues generated by the platform.
